1. Educational use

Content and tools are for general education and practice. Scores, levels and band estimates are informal and are not certified assessments. Results depend on your effort; we don't guarantee jobs, exam scores or visas.

2. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no spam, scraping at scale, attempts to break security, or submitting content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes others' rights.

3. Coaching introductions

When you request a demo class, we introduce you to an independent coach or coaching partner. Coaches are not our employees. Any paid arrangement after the free demo is between you and the coach, including fees, scheduling and refunds. We'll help resolve problems but are not a party to that contract.

4. Speak-Off contest rules

• Free entry; no purchase or contribution is required to enter or win.
• One entry per person per monthly round. Entries must be the entrant's own original, unscripted spoken work.
• Entrants under 18 need parent or guardian consent; prizes for minors are awarded to the parent or guardian.
• Judging uses the published criteria by a panel; decisions are final. Prizes and the prize pool are announced on the contest page before judging and may vary by round.
• Winners must reply within 14 days or an alternate may be chosen. Winners are responsible for any taxes. Void where prohibited.
• By entering, you allow Vartalaap to feature your entry and first name on the site and social channels. You keep ownership of your video.

5. Contributions

Supporter contributions are voluntary, support our operations and are not charitable donations or tax-deductible. Recurring contributions can be cancelled at any time through the payment provider or by contacting us.

6. Intellectual property

Original text, tools, phrase lists, dialogues and design are © Vartalaap.com. You may share links and quote short excerpts with attribution. Third-party videos and trademarks belong to their owners. See the trademark & copyright disclosure.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the updated version.
